Genes Vettes was at the 2009 Green Festival located in Seattle, WA. What a great event!

The event took place over two days in the Seattle Convention Center and gathered amazing speakers, companies and attendees who are all working to conserve, reuse, recycle, and just generally improve the environment and thereby the economy.

More about the Green Festival...
The Green Festival is a joint project of Global Exchange and Green America, celebrating what’s working in our communities—for people, business and the environment. The Green Festival begins with finding solutions to help make our lives healthier—socially, economically and environmentally. Individuals along with business and community leaders come together to discuss critical issues that impact us at home and abroad. Organizations and businesses showcase programs and products that restore the planet and all that inhabit it. Neighbor-to-neighbor connections are formed, and skills are shared to empower people to create positive change in the world.

The Green Festival is the nation’s premier sustainability event, where you will see the best in green and the most recent developments in renewable energy and green technology. The Green Festival is a source of hope, inspiration and practical ideas.
